In conjunction with the new Statistics Reports page, saved reports have returned as “Report Configurations”.

If the upgrade is available to you, your administrator account will be prompted to migrate to the new system. This document will help you understand the migration process.

For a period of 6 months, migration to the new system is optional and will not take place until the administrator has initiated the process. However, in July of 2025 any accounts that have not migrated will be migrated automatically.

Initiating Migration

To begin migration, click on the “Migrate Reports” button that will appear at the top of the saved reports list page. This modal will initialize the migration process immediately once you have confirmed, so be sure the migration won’t cause issues in your business day.

A modal will be opened to help explain the process. Once migration is initiated it could take 20-30 minutes for the migration to complete, depending on the number of reports you have. During the migration period, we recommend you do not edit any existing saved reports and inform all user accounts to do the same. Editing reports during migration could cause errors when moving data from one system to another.

Day-of-week Reports

If you have reports that use the “day-of-week” report type, those reports will not be migrated over. The day-of-week report has been removed in our new statistics reports page.

Programmatic Data

If you have reports that include programmatic stats, you will be warned that the programmatic statistics will not be included in the new system. To better categorize and separate our data, programmatic reports can all be found in the menu under Statistics > Programmatic Reports.

Answering Your Frequently Asked Questions

What will happen to my old reports?

The reports in the old system will essentially be replaced by the new system. If you have reports that are scheduled to be sent out, the old system will be stopped and the new report configuration system will take over in its place. Any reports that have already been sent out by email can still be opened, viewed, and downloaded.

Do I have to migrate right away?

No, you have 6 months to decide when you want to migrate to the new system. However, we highly recommend doing it as soon as possible to enjoy the new features we’ve added!
